LPM STIT Al-Hilal sigli senantiasa mengkoordinasikan, memantau dan mengevaluasi pelaksanaan kegiatan Tiga Undang-Undang Pendidikan Tinggi yang dilaksanakan oleh dosen, bagian administrasi dan penunjang dengan menitikberatkan pada penataan administrasi yang transparan, sumber daya yang diperlukan dan kerjasama antar lembaga. LPM merupakan unsur pemantauan dan evaluasi yang dilaksanakan dalam rangka pengendalian mutu sesuai visi, misi, tujuan, standar mutu dan strategi yang telah ditetapkan. LPM melakukan pemantauan harian terhadap seluruh unit kerja di lingkungan universitas. LPM bertanggung jawab kepada Rektor dan pelaksanaannya dikoordinasikan oleh Wakil Rektor Bidang Kemitraan, Magang, Publikasi, Penjaminan Mutu dan Alumni. Dalam melaksanakan tugas dan fungsinya, LPM bertugas merencanakan, melaksanakan, mengendalikan, mengoordinasikan, dan mengembangkan sistem penjaminan mutu internal yang lebih tinggi dari standar nasional pendidikan tinggi serta menetapkan, melaksanakan, mengevaluasi, mengendalikan, dan meningkatkan.
LPM STIT Al-Hilal Sigli Senantiasa mengkaji, mengembangkan dan menerapkan sistem penjaminan mutu internal yang melampaui Standar Nasional Pendidikan Tinggi (SNDikti);
Melaksanakan dan mengevaluasi audit mutu secara berkesinambungan untuk memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar mutu yang ditetapkan oleh masing-masing unit kerja;
Meningkatkan kualitas dokumen akreditasi proyek dan lembaga penelitian, serta mengoordinasikan dan mengelola proses akreditasi di tingkat nasional dan internasional;
Menetapkan pengendalian dan penjaminan mutu proses program pembelajaran baru;
Mengembangkan dan melaksanakan sistem pemantauan dan evaluasi pelaksanaan pembelajaran sebagai bentuk kontrol dan umpan balik untuk terus meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran;
Mendiseminasikan dan memanfaatkan hasil penelitian Sistem Penjaminan Mutu Internal (SPMI) untuk meningkatkan mutu penyelenggaraan pendidikan tinggi di tingkat nasional dan internasional;
Menyelesaikan tugas lain yang diberikan oleh kepala sekolah.
