Ketua Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Tarbiyah Al Hilal Sigli Dr Syarifah Rahmi, LC.M.Alcom melaksanakan rapat persamaan persepsi antar dosen dalam bidang bimbingan skripsi mahasiswa Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Tarbiyah Al Hilal Sigli.
Dalam rapat tersebut ketua I bidang akademik Drs Abdul Manaf M.Pd dipercayakan untuk memimpin jalannya rapat, beliau menyatakan bahwa sebagai dosen harus memiliki integritas dalam membimbing mahasiswa, juga harus menyediakan waktu dalam bimbingan dan konsisten untuk membimbing mahasiswa, serta tidak mudah terprovokasi terhadap pihak luar dan mahasiswa yang sedang dalam proses bimbingan.
Persamaan persepsi dimaksud juga adalah salah satu upaya dalam menghindari calo ataupun joki yang membuat skripsi mahasiswa tanpa ada rasa tanggung jawab sehingga mahasiswa tidak bisa mempertanggungjawabkan hasil penulisan karya ilmiahnya, hal tersebut terjadi karena banyaknya unsur plagiasi ataupun copy paste dari karya tulis ilmiah orang lain.
Menghindari Tingginya tingkat plagiasi pada karya tulis ilmiah mahasiswa ke depannya perguruan tinggi Islam Al Hilal Sigli terkhusus kepada Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Tarbiyah Alilal Sigli akan membuat cek turnitin pada setiap skripsi yang akan disidangkan kepada mahasiswa.
Cek tersebut akan dilaksanakan langsung oleh prodi, dan mahasiswa akan melakukan cek plagiasi pada Prodi masing-masing. Mahasiswa juga dituntut untuk melaksanakan penelitian dengan sungguh-sungguh selama satu bulan penuh, dan proses bimbingan akan ditutup pada saat 2 minggu sebelum pendaftaran sidang bagi yang belum menyelesaikan penelitian.
Kemudian pada bulan suci Ramadan bimbingan dinonaktifkan dan juga pada saat KPM bimbingan dinonaktifkan untuk semua dosen.
Selain rapat tentang persamaan persepsi terhadap bimbingan penulisan skripsi, Drs. Abdul Manaf M.Pd selaku ketua 1 bidang akademik juga membahas tentang progres dosen dalam meningkatkan mahasiswa terkhusus di Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Tarbiyah Al-Hilal Sigli dengan memberikan kontribusi dan wacana-wacana, baik langsung terjun ke lokasi yang dibutuhkan, ataupun melibatkan mahasiswa.
Rapat tersebut diikuti oleh ketua Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Tarbiyah Al-Hilal Sigli, pembantu ketua, ketua lembaga penjaminan mutu ( LPM ), ketua Prodi, sekretaris Prodi, ketua lp2m, dan juga ketua laboratorium, serta dosen-dosen STIT ALHILAL SIGLI dok ( LPM STIT AL-HILAL SIGLI )
