Selasa (10 JUNI 2025) ikut meramaikan perlombaan Pekan Olah Raga Mahasiswa Aceh di Universitas Teuku Umar Melaboh. Dari pantauan terlihat jelas wajah-wajah kegembiraan dengan antusiasme yang tinggi untuk mengikuti rangkaian kegiatan perlombaan yang telah disiapkan oleh panitia. Namun sebelum acara perlombaan dimulai, terlebih dahulu dilakukan acara seremoni diAula Kampus UTU.
Acara seremoni diawalai dengan menyanyikan lagu Indonesia Raya yang diikuti secara hikmat oleh seluruh peserta dan tamu undangan yang hadir. Setelah itu acara dilanjutkan dengan laporan dari ketua panitiadari kampus UTU. Ketua panitia di dalam laporannya menyampaikan bahwa total terdapat 39 Kampus yang terlibat dan ikut dalam perlombaan POMDA Aceh Tahun 2025, panitia yang telah bekerja keras menyusun dan mempersiapkan kegiatan pada hari pembukaan dengan maksimal. Sementara itu Rektor UTU di dalam sambutannya menyampaikan rasa terimakasihnya kepada seluruh panitian yang terlibat, para donatur dan kepada semua kampus yang ikut berpartisipasi secara umum yang telah membuat acara ini bisa terlaksana. “Dengan kegiatan ini yang dilakukan secara rutin setiap tahunnya, itu tandanya kita selalu bersyukur atas terlaksana kembali kegiatan POMDA Aceh yang sedang berlangsung,” ujar Pak Rektor lebih lanjut.
Nurhasikin mahasiswa Prodi PGMI Semester 6 selaku utusan STIT Al-Hilal Sigli yang ikut perlombaan POMDA Aceh kali ini mengikuti dalam cabang tarung derajat Lomba yang berlangsung pada di GOR UTU ini menjadi ajang untuk mengasah kemampuan dan meningkatkan semangat persaingan positif di kalangan mahasiswa.
Lomba ini bertujuan untuk memotivasi mahasiswa untuk terus berprestasi dan meningkatkan kualitas diri. “Kami berharap lomba ini bisa menjadi inspirasi bagi mahasiswa lainnya untuk terus mengembangkan potensi mahasiswa dengan menunjukkan semangat yang luar biasa dalam setiap mengikuti lomba ini.ujar Bapak Mustafa, MA Ketua 3 Bidang Kemahasiswaan,
