Banda Aceh – Universitas Bina Bangsa Getsempena (UBBG) Banda Aceh menggelar sosialisasi Instrumen Akreditasi Perguruan Tinggi (IAPT) 4.0 dan Sistem Akreditasi Perguruan Tinggi Online (SAPTO) 2.0 pada Senin, 11 Agustus 2025. Kegiatan ini dihadiri berbagai perwakilan perguruan tinggi, termasuk Ketua 1 STIT Al-Hilal Sigli, Drs. Abdul Manaf, M.Pd dan Ketua Lembaga Penjaminan Mutu (LPM) STIT Al-Hilal Sigli, Fuad, M.A.
Acara ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman komprehensif kepada perguruan tinggi terkait mekanisme akreditasi terbaru yang diterapkan oleh Badan Akreditasi Nasional Perguruan Tinggi (BAN-PT), khususnya melalui dua instrumen utama:
1. Instrumen Akreditasi Perguruan Tinggi (IAPT) 4.0
IAPT 4.0 adalah instrumen penilaian mutu perguruan tinggi yang berfokus pada outcome-based assessment, menilai capaian kinerja institusi dari berbagai aspek seperti visi-misi, tata kelola, sumber daya, penelitian, pengabdian kepada masyarakat, hingga luaran dan dampak nyata bagi masyarakat.
2. Sistem Akreditasi Perguruan Tinggi Online (SAPTO) 2.0
SAPTO 2.0 merupakan penyempurnaan dari sistem sebelumnya, yang memungkinkan proses pengajuan akreditasi dilakukan secara digital, cepat, dan transparan. Sistem ini dilengkapi dengan fitur pelacakan status usulan, integrasi data dengan PDDikti, serta panduan otomatis untuk meminimalisasi kesalahan administrasi.
Dalam kebijakan terbaru, BAN-PT menekankan pentingnya data yang akurat, bukti pendukung yang jelas, serta kesesuaian laporan kinerja perguruan tinggi dengan standar nasional pendidikan tinggi. Melalui SAPTO 2.0, perguruan tinggi diharapkan dapat:
• Mempercepat proses pengajuan dan evaluasi akreditasi.
• Mengurangi kesalahan teknis berkas.
• Meningkatkan transparansi proses penilaian.
Ketua 1 STIT Al-Hilal Sigli, Drs. Abdul Manaf, M.Pd, mengapresiasi kegiatan ini. Menurutnya, “Sosialisasi ini sangat membantu kami memahami mekanisme baru BAN-PT, sehingga STIT Al-Hilal dapat mempersiapkan dokumen dan kinerja secara lebih matang sesuai tuntutan akreditasi berbasis digital.”
Dalam kegiatan yang dihadiri 200 Peserta dari berbagai Universitas,PTN,PTS Dari aceh dan Sumatera Utara , Ketua LPM STIT Al-Hilal Sigli, Fuad, M.A, menegaskan bahwa transformasi digital dalam akreditasi melalui SAPTO 2.0 akan mendorong lembaga pendidikan tinggi untuk lebih tertib, transparan, dan berorientasi pada mutu berkelanjutan.
Dengan adanya sosialisasi ini, diharapkan seluruh perguruan tinggi di Aceh mampu menyesuaikan diri dengan perkembangan kebijakan BAN-PT, sehingga kualitas pendidikan tinggi di daerah ini semakin meningkat dan mampu bersaing secara nasional maupun internasional. ( LPM)
